This chat connects you anonymously with someone somewhere in the world. Use the "Keep" button to refresh incoming messages. To send a picture, put the url of the picture in the chat box and click the "Picture" button. Although you can see a rough guess of where the other person is, they cannot see the same information about you, or if they see any location information it will be associated with another server, not you personally.
